Sumaq is passionate about preparing fresh, healthy & hearty homemade Palestinian and Levantine dishes. At Sumaq, we bring the lure of homemade foods & culinary traditions back to the forefront of our food experiences. We are inspired by a love for locally sourced raw ingredients and the joy of preparing, cooking & delivering authentic cuisine. We value fresh dishes prepared from base ingredients, a fundamental component in our process of recreating hearty and tasty meals with flavours from the Arab world.
